Gap Analysis

The first point of action is to conduct a gap analysis of your safety management systems, to see how far from being compliant your organisation is. If you do not have a safety management system do not despair we will help you with that. The law requires all organisations with five or more employees to carry out risk assessments and record the findings.

We will carry out risk assessments on each activity in your organisation and help train key staff to carry out risk assessments going forward.

  • Train / coach existing safety officers to the Univeg UK expected Standard

  • Provide training for manufacturing teams and the supply chain e.g. fire hazard spotting and reporting, working with electricity, etc.

  • New starter health & safety inductions

  • Carry out risk assessments on all processes and activities

  • Train key staff to write risk assessments
