Futaba Industrial UK Ltd (FIUK) is a Japanese automotive manufacturer based in Dove Valley Business Park in Foston, Derbyshire. The Futaba group has 16 over sea's subsidiaries, FIUK is one of these. We were one of the first European "Just in Time" sequenced suppliers in the automotive welding industry.

By utilising our advanced technical knowledge and engineering excellence, we strive to deliver low cost products on time, at the highest quality possible. FIUK is a 100% owned private subsidiary company of Futaba Industrial Co Ltd (Japan).

Since the start of production in August 2005, FIUK has had significant investment to develop itself as a leading OE robotics welding assembly company, with future pressing potential. Our latest investment is a £1,000,000 tube bending and paint plant facility.

Our core competence is in automated multiple specialised robotic welding technology. Our equipment can perform, Spot, Arc, MIG, Nut and Stud welds at speeds in excess of 200 parts per hour. We have automated many of our processes to provide a streamlined "Just in Time" sequenced production environment.

FIUK provide high customer satisfaction, as our production processes and systems, are accurate and reliable. We are able to ensure that the correct product arrives in the correct sequence at exactly the time required.

Our sister company also located in the UK has large scale pressing capability, together we can provide a total body in white solution.

We have 20 flexible robotic cells with multi product capability, tube bending equipment and a paint plant. Our equipment includes:
